WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Before joining Coach Tomika, I felt like a prisoner in my own life. I was trapped in a failing business that no longer interested me, and I was chained to a standard of success that ranked me near the bottom. Joining Tomika's coaching set me free. They provided a chorus of cheerleaders and accountability partners. They helped me break down my unrealistic aspirations into achievable goals. The sessions were an incomparable mix of spirituality, inspiration, motivational tools, practical career and personal development exercises and girlfriend chatter. As a result of this experience, I found the courage to walk away from an unfulfilling industry and pursue a new career. I’d recommend Coach Tomika to any woman looking for the tools and inspiration to change her life
Coach Tomika completely changed my life. When I joined, I was stuck in a job that I hated and paid very little. I struggled to figure out my next move. Before I began to work with Coach Tomika, I’d experienced a few career disappointments that had me afraid to move forward. With the help of her, I found the courage to dream again and created tangible steps toward realizing those dreams. By the end of our work together, I had a job offer as a director of an educational program in New York City. Now, I make twice as much money and I have a sense of fulfillment and purpose. The ladies held me accountable and made sure that I committed to myself and my future. My life has changed for the better and I owe it to Coach Tomika.
Coach Tomika taught me the value of realistically assessing my life. Through goal setting, I was able to finally achieve some professional and personal goals that were consistently deprioritized. With careful planning and persistence, I expanded my law practice to include conflict resolution. I also decided to represent children in Child Protective Services as a Guardian Ad Litem. Being an attorney is tough and the balancing act of meeting client needs and developing solutions is stressful. The sisterhood supported my plan to reduce my anxiety and carve out time for the people and things that truly matter to me. They held me accountable for bringing what I needed and wanted into fruition. I’ll always be grateful for that.
